Bad things that men do and women overlook

When we're attracted to someone, we could give two s**ts about their body hair or breath. Here are a few "gross" things about men that we ladies kindly overlook when we're all hot and bothered .



1. Burping. If he burps mid-kiss by accident, isn't it funny how much easier it is to ignore it than if he did it while you two were at a dinner party with friends? Hell, it's almost cute in that particular scenario.

2. Farting. Although I find this to be disgusting at all times, some of my coupled-up friends don't think it's a big deal. Why? Because they're either in love or straight-up delusional.

3. Body hair. As someone who has a severe aversion to men with chest hair, I can look past it if it means I'm about to get laid with a hottie. I can't say the same for lack of hair on a guy's head though.

4. Bad breath. Of course we're all prone to bad breath from time to time. Who just woke up? Who had coffee today? But when you really want to get it on, you're not going to stop and brush your teeth first, unless you're maybe an old married couple.

5. Skid marks. Oh, did you just notice skid marks on your dude's boxers as he dropped them to the ground before getting busy with you? Skid marks? Where see skid marks? Just sex. Me see just sex now. Yes, you too can turn into a Neanderthal when the opportunity arises for some sexy fun times.

A Lagos trader, Modinat Nike Dada, in her late 30s  is seven  months  pregnant for Funke Akindele’s husband, Kehinde Oloyede, E24-7 MAGAZINE  can authoritatively reveal. Modinat, mother of two boys and popularly known as Mama Dayo,  was formerly married to a man simply known as Dayo. Both have since separated. The marriage crashed some years back due to irreconcilable differences and alleged domestic abuse.  Her former hubby was a wife beater, alleged some sources.

 ” But when the situation became life threatening she had to leave the man and joined her elder sister, a successful clothing merchant  in her shop at Oshodi.
 Her former hubby, Dayo, was a graduate of Ogun State Polytechnic, Abeokuta. Not a few family members were surprised to know that the marriage did not last because they were like two inseparable lovebirds when they were dating.   The former hubby took the two children away from her and kept them in her mother’s custody in Ijebu Ode, Ogun State.  Though life threw a big storm at her, she found solace in the love and care from her immediate siblings who were not only always around her but promptly responds to her needs.   Modinat in her late 30s quickly picked her life up and became industrious. He found in her a good and amiable friend and as fate would have it, she found herself in his arms.
 Modinat and Kendoo instantly became an item and they were seen together at some of their close friends’ private parties.  The romance thickened, they shared great moments together  and there was pressure to get pregnant.  Not once or twice inside sources said the   Ota, Ogun State-born trader was accompanied to  several spiritualists and gynecologists  by Kendoo in their bid  to seal their romance with a baby.  Sometimes in March, she got pregnant and filled with joy, she announced to her lover-boy, who close sources said was not ecstatic about it. “He practically took off, he stopped coming to her house, shunned all entreaties and stopped picking her calls,” E24-7 MAGAZINE’s source hinted.   The following month, Modinat was shocked to read in magazines and newspapers that Kendoo wanted to marry the Return of Jenifa’s  star actress, Funke Akindele.  She was devastated, flustered but once again, her family rose and stood firmly behind her.

In the last few months, Modinat has been under intense pressure to keep her mouth sealed and advised to avoid the media.  Sources close to her confirmed that she has been inundated with calls by several people close to the famous actress, Funke Akindele, to keep a low profile and keep  the ‘family’s’ dirty linen away from the public.  She has been promised juicy offers if she delivers without spilling the bean and grudgingly she has accepted.  Modinat, who currently lives in a tastefully furnished apartment in Agege area of Lagos has accepted her fate and rejoices in the fact that the baby she is expecting would bring joy back to her again.  Since her former hubby took her two boys away she has not set her eyes on them, she feared the estranged hubby might move them abroad and cut her  links to them forever. Her consolation is in the baby she’s expecting to be her companion in years to come.  As it were, Funke Akindele’s hubby with five kids already is expecting in the next few months three additional children in his harem.  His second wife, Fadekemi is in the last trimester of her pregnancy and is due to deliver soon. Modinat will also have her baby latest in December latest while Funke, reported to be in her first trimester is expected to deliver mid-July 2013.

Aluu 4 killings

Cousins, IIyod aka Big L and Ugonna

I am sure by now some of you have watched the video of the brutal beating death of the four University of Port Harcourt students - Ugonna, Ilyod, Tekana and Chidiaka, by the indigenes of Aluu community in Port Harcourt. If you haven't watched the video, please don't bother. It's the most gruesome and the most unbelievable thing I have ever seen. It will break your heart.

Now I'm convinced that we have lost our souls as humans. The youths of this nation did this. People's children. Beaten till they were unconscious, then set on fire. They said they were robbers...were they really? Even if they were, is this how to treat another human being? Are we this barbaric in this country?

Two of them were even cousins. Ugonna and IIyod. Both of them were upcoming rappers. Big L was the winner of a popular Rap Contest show on SilverbirdTV PH called 'Turb Show'. I have listened to some of his songs...I'm devastated.

We the youths of this country demand that the River State Government look into this matter and arrest everyone in that video. Except the government want to tell us that they have given the youths of Aluu power to arrest and kill indiscriminately. The Rivers government MUST make a scapegoat of the people who did this so it doesn't repeat itself. Next time, it could be my brother or your brother. My child or your child! We can't let this happen again.

So let's start a campaign #justiceforaluu4 until the Rivers States government does something about this!

20 people die in fatal accident on way to wedding in Ogun state

 

At least 20 people lost their lives yesterday Saturday October 6th in a fatal accident that occurred around 7 am along the Abeokuta-Siun - Shagamu express way when the Toyota Hiace they were traveling in collided with a Volvo tipper. Eye witnesses said the tipper swerved off its lane and rammed into the bus...killing most of the people in the vehicle.

The victims of the Toyota Hiace were on their way to Lagos for a wedding when the accident occurred.

Over 100 people arrested over Mubi killings

Security agencies said yesterday that they have arrested over 100 suspects, including students of the Federal Polytechnic, Mubi, over the killing of at least 25 students of the school on Monday night.

The Adamawa State Police Command didn't release the identity of those arrested but said not all the people arrested are guilty or are directly connected with the crime. They said those found innocent would be released.

A security agent said some of those killed were students of the school that recently won executive posts in the students' union government (SUG) election held recently. He also said there was insider factor in the crime because many of the victims were called by their names before they were killed.

Yahoo boy runs mad in Ikeja, Lagos; Dumps his range rover

We are living in strange times indeed. An unnamed young man, lost his senses in the heart of Ikeja yesterday.



The story says that, “the man jumped down from his Range Rover and ran mad.
Within few minutes, people gathered at the scene. He started displaying series of madness, pulled off his clothes, saying different irrelevant things.”
Other sources added that he defecated on himself and chased people around.
The young man is strongly rumoured to be a ‘Yahoo-yahoo boy’ – But that fact has not been ascertained yet, as his case could well be that of spiritual attack.

Femi Branch returns to movies after accident that left him unable to walk for months

Some of you probably didn't notice that the dark and hunky actor has been off the movie scene for quite a while now. He injured himself on the set of his movie in December 2011 and only just recovered from the injury a few weeks back.

Femi Branch seriously injured himself when he jumped and landed on drainage steel during a stunt on a movie set in Ikorodu. The iron on the drainage cut his leg. He was treated in a hospital and was also treated by an Hausa herbal specialist. The actor was unable to walk for months. He said throughout the months he was unable to work and make money, he got support from good friends. But he's back now and grateful for the opportunity to return to his craft...but no more stunts, he says :-)

3 UNIPORT students burnt alive for allegedly stealing phones and laptops

Three University of Port Harcourt students named Ugonna, Aladdin and Chidiaka were this morning badly beaten and burnt alive by indegenes of Aluu community for allegedly stealing phones and laptops in an off campus hostel...

Instead of calling the police and getting them arrested, these people put tyres over the heads of these students who were not armed and burnt them. Then they took pictures, filmed it and spread it around. This happened today in PH. We are gradually losing our humanity in this country. The boys were all in their early 20s. Sad - Student shot dead

This time it's a female student of Tai Solarin University of Education. According to classmates and friends of the slain student who sent the story to me, Wunmi Adebayo (pictured above) was shot dead last night at a male friend's house at Golden Estate in Ijebu Ode, Ogun state.

The 200level student was visiting the friend when they were attacked by armed robbers who robbed them and shot her in the face because she fought them off when they tried to rape her.

The 21 year old was buried today at Ijebu Ode according to Islamic rites. Her friends say she was very jovial, friendly and kind hearted. Her candlelight procession will hold tomorrow at skyfield in Lagos.
